This is temperature controller for most Wood,Pellet, Charcoal buring BBQ grill smoker pit.
It is fully digital, it has programmable 4 different temperature stages. Its output is P.I.D. control of voltage instead of simply turning on or off the blower. This way the blower speed is tuned stepless, and temperature fluctuation can be as low as 1 F. There is a mounting flange on the blower or the rain proof stainless steel box. You need only to drill 4 bolting holes on your pit to use this smarter temperature controller. It has models of wireless remote controlled and WIFI connection to Internet.Testimonials

Dual Probes, one for pit, the other for meat.
Programmable 4 temperature stages.
PID output to control speed of blower, in turn pit temperature.
Common controller simply turns on or off the blower. The PID can control speed of blower stepless, temperature fluctuation can be as less as 1F.
Also you can set maximum output of a blower. a 50 CFM blower will fit all pit.

As there are too many data to input, better to write down on paper.
Stage I, 140F , 240 Minutes, low temperature Alarm 130F, high temperature alarm 150F
Stage II, 160F, 120 Minutes, low temperature Alarm 150F, high temperature alarm 170F
Stage III, 170F, 60 Minutes, low temperature Alarm 160F, high temperature alarm 180F
Stage IV, 200F, 30 Minutes, low temperature Alarm 190F, high temperature alarm 210F
Whenever meat reaches 150F, it will keep 150F for 60 minutes, then keep meat temperature at 130F forever.
During full course, the pit temperature is limied under 210F .You will never worry about overburn of your meat.
You can choice display in F or C.
If you are familiar with PID thermostat, you can do your own settings of other parameters.
In case you set all parameters in mess, you can reset to original settings.
If you want to have strength of fire by your eyes or your experience, you can simply press Auto/Man button to use manual mode. Simply by pressing "+" or "-" button, you adjust speed of blower and in turn strength of fire.

Most Affordable BBQ Power Draft Controller consists of a mechanical thermostat, fan, and an AC/DC adapter with stepless voltage output. You can tune speed of fan manually depending on size and target temperature of your smoker/grill. Mechanical thermostat is effected by wind, sunshine, shade ect. | Pros and Conds:
Basic function of Rhino is same as DOG. But DOG is 12 VDC while RIHNO is 80-260 VAC 10A, RHINO can be used for sous vide, stick smoker, electric smoker ect. DOG is used only for stick smoker. Output of DOG is variable voltage and maximum speed of fan can be defined by software. a Big fan can suit smokers of different size. Output of RHINO is SSR. Different sizes of smoker may need different fan. For your information most ATCs on the smoker market are SSR.

Golden-Elephant is upgraded model of RHINO. Dual probes with WIFI. Basic function is same as the LION. but 80-260 VAC, 10 amps. Low/High temperature Alarm, Alarm On/Off option. Pit has 4 temperature stages. When meat reaches to target temperature, meat probe will take over control of smoker. This feature can let you adopt concept of Sous Vide to smoking Brisket. Say you can set smoker temperature at 225 F, when brisket reaches to 140 F, you can keep Brisket at 140 F for 10 hours, or 24 hours or even 72 hours. For such long smoking time, electrical smoker may be the first option. To add flavor of wood smoking, you can place a smoke generator inside your electrical smoker. Talk to computer is very simple by WIFI. Just plug and play. No setting of computer is needed.
